Mr. Adams has spent over 40 years in Global Capital Markets (fixed income, foreign exchange commodities and equities) and Financial Services technologies. He began his career in institutional fixed income trading at Merrill Lynch, later transitioning to global markets arbitrage for the investment firm. Peter then served as Head of international bond trading at Credit Suisse First Boston. While leading foreign trading at CSFB he developed a multi-currency risk system which served as a springboard to his founding of bond trading software company Global Trade Technologies (GTT). He served as CEO of GTT and eventually sold the firm to Tradeweb Markets, the leading fixed income trading marketplace. At Tradeweb, Peter was head of retail fixed income markets. Mr. Adams also served as Managing Director of capital markets software firm Benchmark Solutions and Managing Director and Principal of Broadridge LTx, a fixed income electronic exchange. He is a Board Director of Cenlar Capital Corporation and Cenlar Federal Savings Bank, a Tier 2 OCC regulated bank, and Board Director of international relief organization Elohim Love International Ministries. Mr. Adams holds a BA from Princeton University and has Securities Industry licenses 7 and 66.
